We have CLOSED on our 10 acre slice of earth!!
I can confidently say we manifested this property - it's a dream and it checks every box for us. We are so grateful and cannot wait to make this into a home.
Many people have asked us - why 10 acres? To me, it's the privacy. To be immersed in nature, undisturbed, and just be. To Kody, I'm sure he'd share the endless possibilities of what we could do with the land.
I'm excited to share our easy decision to maintain this land as a nature preserve, not only to avoid disturbing the ecosystem surrounding our home, but focusing on ways to allow this habitat to thrive. There is no intent to have a big grass yard. It's all about how can we make this natural landscape live its best life.
Here are some photos from our first days and memories here on the property. From the location, the size, the hills, the trees, the lake view, the wetlands and creek (with a pond-potential area), this is everything we've wanted in a property and more (wipes eyes).
NOW it is time to manifest the home to fit this gorgeous landscape.
All I can say is, DO NOT SETTLE. If you hear that voice saying there's 'no more good properties out there' or you won't find the one, trust the Universe and work hard on what's in your control to make it happen. We're so happy we did.
